He has conducted thousands of successful facilitation sessions around the world utilizing his training in International and local cultures, neuroscience, coaching, behavioral psychology and personality preferences. He utilizes his background as an educator to expand creative empathy and understanding that drives individual and team growth and goal achievement.
Bruce also provides bespoke global facilitation, coaching and learning and development solutions design, implementation and analysis. As a facilitator of change, Bruce regularly conducts workshops and programs that support his clients’ core values and assists in the deployment of strategic initiatives, performance programs, leadership and professional skills training. Workshops are delivered worldwide throughout Europe, the Americas, the Pacific Rim, and Asia Pacific, providing both local and global perspectives.

Bruce attended Penn State University, City College of New York and Circle in the Square, majoring in Physiology, Creative Writing and Theatre. He recently completed one of the two fiction novels he has been writing and is a landscape painter, and avid mountain trail runner.
