At the end of each course or workshop, each participant completes an “Action Plan.” This document focuses on proposed improvements or continued learning, commitments to change in behavior and targeted business results. I use this evaluation tool to consistently measure (i.e. quarterly or bi-annually) change within the organization, program benefits and also serves as a coaching tool for Managers.
